Hatha & Hikes in the

Hills of Ireland

Yoga Retreat in Ireland & Northern Ireland

September 23rd- September 29th, 2025

Join Vanessa, Meg, and community in the greenest of hillsides during Ireland's breathtaking autumn season. We will base ourselves in the peaceful, eastern countryside in Carlingford.  In order to create an intimate experience of intentional community, we have capped this retreat at 12 guests.

Our host, Carlingford Yoga/Eagles Rock Retreat, offers an intimate, countryside-style sanctuary for yogis and wellness enthusiasts looking to reset, refocus, and explore; all in a safe and supportive environment. This retreat is intentionally set just after the tourist peak season and away from the bustling cities to create a local, rural experience where we will have these wild spaces mostly to ourselves. The retreat house is situated in a lush, green valley surrounded by the mystical Cooley Mountains. With an awe-inspiring view from every window, this is a perfect center for those who long to commune with nature. The fabled Tain Trail passes through the retreat's gate, a path that takes you between the medieval town of Carlingford, through mountain passes and lush valleys to Ravensdale oak forest. The timing of this retreat (harvest season) couldn't be more perfect, as Eagles Rock Retreat grows much of their own food (read more about their thoughtful cuisine here!).

Located just over an hour’s drive from both Dublin and Belfast, this retreat includes day trips into Belfast (Northern Ireland) and Dublin, giving you a taste of Ireland's famous urban centers.
