We'll delve into the ancient wonders of Angkor Wat, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and engage with the country's complex past. Embracing the true yogic lifestyle, our retreat weaves together daily mindfulness and yoga practices in a private shala with an opportunity to give back through volunteering at the ABCs and Rice non-profit school. We'll mindfully support the local community through social enterprise dining and sustainable shopping, fostering a deeper understanding of our interconnected world.

Please note that all applicants will need to complete an interview to be accepted. This is to ensure that all parties understand the nature, demand and expectations of participating in this type of experience, in this part of the world. Preparation leading up to the retreat includes learning (history, current economics, political structure, humanitarian need, culture and more) and lesson planning to support the students of ABCs. No lesson planning or prior teaching experience is required! We are looking for folks of all different backgrounds and abilities!
