Hosted by Eagles Rock Retreat, this sanctuary offers a restorative escape surrounded by the mystical Cooley Mountains. Enjoy breathtaking views, access to the fabled Tain Trail, and farm-to-table cuisine featuring the retreat's own harvest. This post-peak season retreat provides a unique, local experience, with day trips to Dublin and Belfast included.
Our host, Carlingford Yoga/Eagles Rock Retreat, offers an intimate, countryside-style sanctuary for yogis and wellness enthusiasts looking to reset, refocus, and explore; all in a safe and supportive environment. This retreat is intentionally set just after the tourist peak season and away from the bustling cities to create a local, rural experience where we will have these wild spaces mostly to ourselves.
