Held in intentional space, this ceremony honors the ancient wisdom and gentle medicine that tea offers when approached with reverence and love. Together, we’ll explore what it means to truly commune with tea—listening, receiving, and opening to her subtle guidance. Before entering into ceremony, you’ll be guided through meditation, breathwork, and other awareness practices to help attune your body and spirit, allowing you to fully receive the medicine of Tea.
