Join me on a transformational and peaceful weekend retreat experience in the Kettle Moraine Forest, November 15-17, 2019.
Understanding Goddess energy and its tie to nature empowers us to uncover our own truth, gifts and potency. Join other fearless women on a transformational weekend to move, breath, chant and share the limitlessness of the divine feminine that dwells in each of us.
In addition to yoga asana and mindfulness meditation techniques, this retreat also includes sacred sound healing with mudras & mantras. Attendees will experience practices in sacred sound healing using Sanskrit toning and chanting to open energetic centers and promote the unobstructed flow of energy at each inner dimensional gateway.

Shared rooms only: $400, price includes all lodging, meals and practice instruction.
