Join Vanessa and Meg on Heart's first yoga retreat adventure in Asia! Located in the Kingdom of Cambodia, just 10km from Angkor Wat, Navutu Dreams Resort & Wellness Retreat offers an upscale, eco-friendly, and community conscious accommodations in a peaceful paradise.

Siem Reap is home to UNESCO World Heritage Site, Angkor Wat, constructed in 1150 CE. As the world's largest religious structure, Angkor Wat comprises more than a thousand buildings and is one of the great cultural wonders of the world. From the city of Angkor, Khmer kings ruled one of the largest, kingdoms of Southeast Asia. In contrast, Cambodia's recent history (1970s) includes a horrific genocide that took over 2 million lives. This is a trip for those interested in engaging in the true yogic lifestyle. Exploration of a culture to better understand our world. Mindfulness practices each morning. Volunteering our time at a non-profit school to give back to this community. Supporting social enterprises through dining, entertainment, and sustainable shopping. And asana practices to bring these experiences into true embodiment.

 

This trip has been planned with intention to support the Cambodian people through eco-tourism. Navutu Dreams focuses on environmental responsibility through renewable energy sources, recycling services, eco-friendly packaging, and locally-sourced food to ensure a positive relationship with nature and the local community. Once your application is received, we will schedule an interview to determine readiness - your safety and that of those we wish to serve is our top priority!

Tentatively, we plan to arrive in Phnom Penh the morning of Friday, October 18th with ground transport to Siem Reap at 2:00 pm on October 19th. We will provide ground transport back to Phnom Penh on the evening of October 27th with a flight out on the 28th. Flights are becoming available now! Once your booking is approved, a $500 non-refundable deposit is due for each guest. All payments are due no later than July 1st, 2024 (90 days ahead of our trip). All guests will require a valid international passport that is less than 6 months from expiration. No visa is required for travel at this time. 

 

*Note that your Package does not include airfare, spa treatments, eco-excursions or any required outside transportation. Trip insurance is strongly recommended and an agent will be provided to you.
