Prioritize yourself in the new year with Heart guide Jody and our in-house Reflexologist Susan for a 90 minute grounding Hatha/Restore Yoga practice, combined with reflexology techniques, to provide a deeper sense of harmony and healing within.
The hands and feet are said to be maps of our entire body. Reflexology involves massaging specific reflex points on the feet to uncover pain patterns and target healing within the body. Yoga and reflexology complement one another as they both seek to cultivate a connection and healing within the mind-body while also boosting the immune system and alleviating common chronic conditions.
