About The Event
This is a workshop for women of all ages, at any stage of their yoga life journey. Keia Wegner will guide you through a series of asanas (postures), breath work and mudras (guided energetic flow) that will help facilitate a better understanding of how yoga and your own unique body can create healing, health and harmony; inside and out.
The major focus of the workshop will be on the anatomy, alignment and health of your pelvic floor. Keia has taken Leslie Howard's Pelvic Floor Yoga™ Teacher Training and is currently under Leslie's mentorship in order to become a certified Pelvic Floor Yoga™ Teacher. Keia teaches regularly at our center on Wednesday nights and facilitates the Womxn's Meditation Circle the 4th Sunday of each month. Learn more about her on the THR site/ Team Heart.
Dress comfortably, in easy-to-move clothing. Bring your yoga mat, water and a lunch (please note that we do not have refrigeration or a microwave). We will break for 30 minutes for lunch to snack and enjoy some summer sun.
