Yin for the Season: Welcoming Spring

In this extended practice, we will focus on the energy meridians that govern the liver & gallbladder. These organs need the most support as we transition from the heaviness of winter, to the theme of springtime, cleansing and clearing.

We will hold our poses for extended periods of time, allowing the muscles to deeply stretch, and stimulating/lubricating the deeper tissues in the body, fascia, ligaments, etc. You will emerge feeling rejuvenated, refreshed, and rested.
