About The Event
Step into a daoist's dream! Join physical therapist, Reiki practitioner and yoga instructor, Sean French, for this creative and regenerative workshop that combines a Yin yoga approach with traditional blues music, to open your hips and invigorate your soul. After the yin practice, attendees will experience a guided awakening meditation and lastly, settle in for a long rest in savasana where you can opt to receive grounding vetiver oil on your feet.
