About The Event

Led by Jessica Kettner with proceeds going to Project Concern

The Winter Solstice is the shortest day and longest night of the year. It's a period of great introspection and a chance to go deeper with your intentions for the new year. We explore the season of darkness by pausing and accepting rest, which can be highly nourishing during this busy time. Slow down for the solstice and honor the darkest night, by candlelight. Class includes restorative poses for deeper grounding and a longer meditation. This offering is donation-based ($15 minimum) with proceeds given to Project Concern. Give back to the community and connect to yourself this season!
