Summer Solstice Donation Yin Yoga Class

Join us for a nourishing yin practice where poses are held longer to balance the fiery nature of the summer season. The practice will conclude with a meditation to reflect on this time of light and abundance!

The Heart sangha heads to Cambodia in October 2024 for a Living Karma retreat. We will be volunteering our time at a non-profit school (ABCs and Rice) to give back to this community. We are raising funds on behalf of the school in order to make public education a reality for the children of Siem Reap.
