Return to Awareness Local Retreat (Join the Waitlist)

RETREAT TO BE HELD LOCALLY AT THE SHALOM HOUSE IN WEST BEND, WI

Description: To live in a fully connected state is to experience boundless states of joy, ease and acceptance. With our embodied and interpersonal practices, we cultivate calmness, emotional relief, mindfulness, and compassion to support our return to awareness, together. This retreat is open to those with all levels of experience.

Retreat will include guided meditations, social/ interpersonal practices, Dharma talks, movement-based Yoga classes and 1x1 practice meetings as requested. Each day will include alternating periods of sitting and movement-based meditation, and will emphasize the continuity of practice in all activities throughout the day.

Scholarship offerings: Our scholarship rate requires a minimum fee ($50/night). Please indicate your desire to be considered for our program. 

Cancellation Policy

To offer participants greater flexibility as we make our way out of the pandemic, we’re offering a more generous cancellation policy for retreat:

• $100 fee* when you cancel 7 or more days before the retreat (*fee reduced to half for scholarship participant)
• No refunds when you cancel less than 7 days prior to the retreat (applies to all participants)
• All payments will be facilitated via Venmo unless otherwise requested / @Heart-Revival
