This seated healing yoga consists of 24 simple physical exercises which use breath work, self-massage, and meditative concentration addressing body and mind as a whole. Benefits include opening and purifying energy channels, balancing subtle energies of the body, relaxing the mind, and nourishing the inner organs. Such exercises have been prescribed by Tibetan physicians for centuries to improve health and vitality and to support spiritual practice.


Nejang is a valuable and complementary practice for all yogis. We are excited to nest this practice into our Friday morning Sunrise Yoga Sadhana with Vanessa, beginning in the new year.
