Monthly Heart + Healing Circle, LPC Sara Rahn

Join us each month for a restorative group healing experience designed to support your mind, body, and nervous system. These sessions, facilitated by Licensed Professional Counselor, Sara Rahn, will blend mindfulness, somatic practices, gentle regulation techniques, and community connection to help you release stress, reset your energy, and return to yourself.

Each month features a unique theme: seasonal grounding, emotional balance, inner child healing, boundary setting, nervous system resets, and more. In addition to a scheduled topic, connection and collaboration with peers will be at the center.

Whether you're new to compassionate mental health work or deep in your journey, this space offers warmth, belonging, and intentional care.
