Through guided drills, mindful breath, and playful exploration, you’ll develop the stability, coordination, and courage to move into these empowering shapes. Come ready to challenge yourself, support your practice with curiosity, and maybe even surprise yourself with what’s possible.
What to expect:
Build strength through foundational poses like plank or baby crow to tap into core strength and arm stability.
Breakdown arm balances into appropriate entrances, exits, techniques, and modifications (variations and modifications will be provided to accommodate all students).
Emphasize developing concentration and centering the mind to overcome fear and stay grounded during challenging balance poses.
