Join Heather Burkart of the Milwaukee Prenatal Yoga Community and Her Well Being Ayurveda & Yoga to learn yoga modifications for pregnancy through the lens of Ayurveda. Expecting people are welcome as well as yoga teachers who would like to learn the basics of prenatal yoga and earn CEs.
