Gifts From the Heart: Community Yoga & Coffee for Kendra

The Heart Revival Center for Belonging is pleased to offer its first donation-based yoga class where 100% of proceeds will be donated to our yoga sister, Kendra Erhardt. This class is donation-only and offers a great way for our community to access affordable yoga for a great cause!

Kendra is a friend of our Team Heart teacher, Stephanie Overman. They met in Thailand while attending their yoga teacher training program. Though many of us have not met Kendra personally, she is an extended member of The Heart Revival Community and we want to support her as she heals!

Enjoy a morning of yoga with coffee to follow. Suggested minimum donation: $5.

Kendra’s Story:

On March 2nd, 4 days after her 27th birthday, Kendra went to Jasper for a weekend ski trip with her friends. But on her second run of the day, while coming around a turn, Kendra’s ski caught an edge causing her to lose control and throwing her backward into a tree.

Kendra broke her back in the ski accident and is now a T11 paraplegic. She is adjusting to her new normal and continues down the long road of rehabilitation. Any contribution, big or small, will go toward ensuring that Kendra receives the best possible care throughout the difficult journey she is just beginning.
