Participants will have the opportunity to join in a group hypnosis session led by a Sara Rahn, licensed mental health professional and certified clinical hypnotherapist. Session begins with an informative overview of the hypnotic process and its therapeutic benefits. Sara will then guide participants through a gentle journey to explore their inner nurturing sanctuary—a peaceful mental space where deep relaxation and personal insights can be accessed.
