Come into balance with a practice that blends movement with rest! The Spring Equinox is often referred to as the true "new year" as seeds of intention are planted and the weather gets warmer. Yoga Nidra will conclude the evening as we spring into the new season with joy, compassion and hope.
Attendees may pay as they wish! All proceeds will be gifted to a community organization in need - stay tuned for more information!
