About The Event
Fall is a time of shifting and changing. It is a great time to shift our perspectives and paradigms to enhance our growth and development. All are welcome to participate.
Fall is the time when the Earth is shifting in balance regarding Light and Dark. It is a time when it is easy to discern our own balance and work on what needs to be done to bring about more balance going forward. In the autumn we are moving from Light to Dark, with the shadows lengthening and harvesting all we have nurtured. It is a time to reflect on what has worked (within, without and all around) what has not worked and what we wish to continue to nourish and what we wish to let go. Walking the labyrinth is a way to go deep within and find out who you are, what you want to do and sometimes what you don't want to do, all within a sacred space held in Love, Balance, Wisdom, Peace, Harmony, Joy, Healing and Compassion.
Join us for this Equinox Anahata Labyrinth gathering in Eagle, WI Saturday October 5th 2024, 12:00 – 2:30pm. Please arrive BY 11:30 am. The “gate” to the Labyrinth walk closes promptly at 12:00 pm. In order to maintain harmony and flow, those arriving after 12:00 pm will not be allowed into the Labyrinth.
The walk begins with instructions and a heart centered and grounded intention, once you are in the middle of the Labyrinth there will be a quiet meditation so bringing a journal is encouraged. The Labyrinth is open for walks at the Summer and Winter Solstice and during the Spring and Fall Equinox.
Weather is changeable, the Labyrinth is outdoors, bring a grounding snack, water to drink, clothing of some type according to the weather, bug relief, umbrellas etc... AND all the "stuff" you want to get rid of in the fire. Consider reflecting and writing out your own intentions to release into the sacred flames. A journal for jotting or writing your insights may be wise to bring along.
A Free Will donation is suggested to help with the ongoing promotion of these events.
In addition, please RSVP via email to scupperg@gmail.com with your name, email and phone number, in case we may need to cancel the walk due to weather, etc.
