Fall is the time when the Earth is shifting in balance regarding Light and Dark. It is a time when it is easy to discern our own balance and work on what needs to be done to bring about more balance going forward. In the autumn we are moving from Light to Dark, with the shadows lengthening and harvesting all we have nurtured. It is a time to reflect on what has worked (within, without and all around) what has not worked and what we wish to continue to nourish and what we wish to let go.
