This 2-hour Yin class presents the perfect opportunity to continue readying your body & mind for the cooler months ahead. It will also work to settle the nervous system, lessen anxiety & stress, and of course release tension from the muscles, and lubricate the connective tissue, fascia, ligaments, and joints.
