Community Crafting: Fabric Printing with LinoBlock

Prioritize joy, creativity and community through craft at Heart Center! Each time we meet, artists and makers, Mickey Thiry and special guests will provide an organized craft. Sessions include an opening circle and meditation, followed by demonstration/ explanation of the focused craft/ activity. We will share projects + anything that came up during the session. We close with a bow and a collective breath.

Sunday, December 28th: In this creative workshop, you’ll design and carve your very own linoleum block stamp, then use it to bring new life to fabrics you already own. From shirts and bandanas to tote bags, patches, or any piece of clothing that could use a fresh touch, your fabric becomes the canvas for your handmade design. Students are asked to bring their own fabrics to print on, making each piece truly personal and one-of-a-kind. You’ll leave with a custom stamp that can be used again…
