4-Part Reiki Series: Nourishing Light

Join Sarina in this 4-part series (offered all Wednesdays in February) weaving together Reiki with meditation and gentle stillness. Each week will invite grounding, release, and reconnection as we align with the season's shift into quiet. Through guided meditation, breathwork, and restorative postures, you'll be supported in journeying inward and connecting with your inner light. Full series is required - series pass = $85 total.
