Yoga for Cambodia with Kylie

Join us at the Heart Center for a 60 minute all levels holistic yoga class! The goal of this class is to raise money for the NGO, ABCs&Rice, while also inviting our immediate community into connection. Expect to build strength in the back body to support this heart opening flow. You will be led through a breath practice to cultivate mindfulness as you slowly build from the ground up into standing poses.

100% of proceeds raised through ticket sales and on-site donations go directly to the mission of ABCs and Rice. ABCs and Rice is a school located in Siem Reap, Cambodia whose mission is to offer resources to the families caught in the cycle of poverty.
