Bring yourself, bring your stuff, your story, your successes and failures. Bring your humanness with an intention to go easy on yourself, to go easy on each other.

This circle is intended for women 55 years + and meets every 4th Wednesday at 10:15am for 45 minutes.

Facilitated by wisdom holder and sangha member LuAnn Nunn. LuAnn began her healing arts journey as an R.N. She then became certified in Healing Touch through the American Holistic Nurses Association. Healing Touch blossomed into a her own holistic massage therapy business. These days, in her "retirement" she prioritizes her mental, physical, and emotional health.
