This community event is for anyone navigating transition, discerning direction, or seeking to live in closer alignment with their heart’s call.

There are moments in life when we find ourselves standing between worlds; no longer who we were, not yet who we are becoming. This workshop experience invites you into a gentle, embodied space to honor these transitions with awareness and grace.

Through meditation, mindful movement and compassionate dialogue, you’ll be guided to listen deeply to your intuition and reconnect with your inner knowing. Together, we’ll explore what it means to meet change not as something to solve, but as something sacred to accompany.
