About The Event
RETREAT TO BE HELD LOCALLY AT THE SHALOM HOUSE IN WEST BEND, WI
Open to any and all of our community members and led by Ayurvedic Practitioner and Yoga Teacher Heather Burkart of Her Well Being Milwaukee.
Reset your body and mind with this immersive Ayurveda and Yoga experience. Enjoy gentle yoga classes, learn how to cook nourishing Ayurvedic meals, and sample Ayurvedic self-care practices. Discover a personal approach to your yoga practice and lifestyle inspired by Ayurvedic wisdom. You'll also have personal time to meet one-on-one with an Ayurvedic Practitioner, dedicate yourself to personal practice, or explore walking trails in the surrounding woods. Your guide is Heather R. Burkart, Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner and Founder of Her Well Being Ayurveda & Yoga. Arrive Friday night for a welcome dinner and depart Sunday by noon after a Farewell brunch. All meals are provided and all diets can be accommodated. There are only 10 spots available. Secure your space now.
To offer participants greater flexibility as we make our way out of the pandemic, we’re offering a more generous cancellation policy for retreat:
- $100 fee* when you cancel 7 or more days before the retreat (*fees reduced to half for scholarship participants)
- No refunds when you cancel less than 7 days prior to the retreat (applies to all participants)
- All payments will be facilitated via Venmo
