Sound Bath + Reiki with Sound Sanctuary

Come experience a sacred container in which we will enjoy an hour and a half of a sound bath with somatic grounding and reiki. This heart opening sonic journey, hosted by Sound Sanctuary, will be led by somatic based counselor Tyler Derouin, music therapist candidate Morgan Malsom, and sound practitioner Willow Schild.

Our time together will start with a calming series of movements and vocal exercise which will help regulate our nervous systems, and allow us to drop into stillness. Through gentle, somatic movements we will regulate our nervous system to come into a state of relaxation.

After a brief guided meditation, we will embark on an hour and a half sound journey. This tapestry of frequencies and sonic textures are designed to guide you towards deep relaxation and an expansive inward journey. We invite you to treat this time as a sacred meditation.
