Solstice Karma Candlelit Yin + Nidra

Honor the solstice by attending a nourishing and serene candlelit yin + yoga nidra class led by the talented Jessica Kettner. All proceeds from this class will be directly contributed to Milwaukee Rescue Mission!

There's never been a more pressing time to prioritize one another! This holiday season, we are choosing to best support our community through a local non-profit organization that is already doing so much good - the Milwaukee Rescue Mission! They have done so many incredible things for our homeless, hungry and hurting neighbors here in Milwaukee. They provide roughly 900 meals per day (324,000 meals per year). Plus 64,000 nights of shelter and 78,000 articles of clothing each year. So much astounding and life-changing care for vulnerable folks. They actively address the root causes of homelessness through recovery, housing and education while connecting individuals to supporting resources in the broader community.
