Restore & Release: Restorative + Energetic Release

Vanessa (ERYT) and Olivia (RYT, Healing Touch) invite you to find a deeper connection to the subtle energies of the mind, body and spirit through a relaxing and restorative energetic release of the chakras. While Vanessa leads a yin practice, Olivia will offer a variety of energetic healing techniques as you move through relaxing restorative postures. The energy healing therapy will be facilitated in a heart-centered and intentional approach with the optional use of light touch or hands near the body to clear, balance and energize the human energy system. The goal of this practice is to promote health and healing for the mind, body, emotions and spirit. Exchange is $35.
