reSounding Heart: A Sound, Meditation + Healing Touch Experience

Join beautiful sangha duo, Lauren and David, us as they journey through multiple healing modalities, including light movement, resonance healing, intentional touch, and guided meditation rooted within our community. They invite you to wear and bring anything that allows you to unwind and intertwine with others; whether that looks like your favorite blanket, eye mask, lucky pair of socks, or a special momentum/spirit keeper such as a crystal or stone. Warm water and tea will be provided. Sangha members Lauren and David look forward to meeting you in a new light. Exchange is $35.
