About The Event
In a world filled with noise and division, staying present and connected in conversation can be challenging. Our communication is shaped not just by what we say, but by our intention, nervous system state, and our capacity to listen with care. The Monthly Empathy Practice Circles offer a safe, supportive space to build and strengthen mindful and nonviolent communication skills through ongoing practice. Each month, participants will learn practical new skills for applying empathy in daily conversations and engage in guided empathy exchanges by taking turns sharing and listening.
These monthly gathering circles are designed to help participants learn how to regulate their nervous system before communicating, deepen self-awareness, and gradually integrate empathy skills with greater confidence and ease. Through repetition, reflection, and community support, Kaitlin offers practical tools, gentle guidance, and space for questions as participants build lasting communication habits that foster trust, compassion, and connection.
