Karma Yoga Days are free events offered to the community and a chance to practice 'Yoga of Action' or selfless service. This time we gather to tend to the Heart Community Garden!

About The Event
Join Mickey Thiry and Matt Filipiak in the Heart Garden on Saturday, May 9th from 3 pm - 4:30 pm for a Karma Yoga Day!
This event is free to attend. If you feel called to join, we would love your help with some gardening and yard tasks as we enter this beautiful spring season of growth!
Tasks that we are looking for help on this day include: weeding and tilling the garden, planting seeds and watering, labeling plants and seed locations, setting up a seed library with extra seeds, and flowerbed maintenance (time permitting).
What to bring with you: water bottle, sunscreen, gardening gloves, gardening tools, extra dirt (if you have any you're willing to donate), and outdoor pots (if you have any you're willing to donate for overflow seeds from the garden).
