Hearts on Fire - True Intimacy: The Power of Presence
Join us for this mini-day retreat that supports us to tap into the power of being with what is. Through metta meditation (Loving-Kindness) practices we are able to transcend fears, recognizing what separates us from True Love. The retreat is an invitation to practice being with the self in order to remember that we are Love, we have all we need, and that all is coming. The day will include additional meditation practices, Dharma talks, connection with nature (Heart Hike), and a bonfire gathering. This retreat is designed to be a meditative (Dhyana) experience tapping into the power of sensation. There will be no formal asana practice. Cushions (Kopak), blankets, tea, snacks/light lunch, and water will be provided. Please dress for the weather and nature, even if slightly misty. (Adjustments will be made if inclement weather).
