Donation Equinox Slow Flow + Nidra Class for ABCs & Rice

Join Jess for another nourishing community yoga practice to honor the equinox and our dear friends in Cambodia! Members of the Heart sangha will be volunteering their time at a non-profit school (ABCs and Rice in Cambodia) to give back to this community. We are raising funds on behalf of the school in order to make public education a reality for the children of Siem Reap. Your contributions for this class will go directly to these fundraising efforts and good work.
