Autumn Equinox Labyrinth Walk in Eagle, WI

You are warmly invited to participate in the Autumnal Equinox Labyrinth Walk Sunday on Sept. 23rd at noon, sign in starts at 11:30am.

Located at the Anahata Labyrinth (outdoor experience) near Eagle WI. 

The Equinox is a unique time in the cycle of the planet as we move to a balance between light and dark. After the equinox we’ll be moving more into days of longer darkness.  This gives us an opportunity to explore both light and shadow. It is easier for us to make clear shifts, to “see” what we need to see so that we can make informed decisions and intelligent choices moving forward. We get to harvest what we’ve placed our energies into, where we have placed our intentions or sometimes where we have been distracted.  Moving through the loops and whirls of the labyrinth through peace, harmony, joy, healing, balance, wisdom, compassion and Love we bring clarity and openness to those areas of our life and being that may be hidden or obscured from us. While standing in balance at the center of the labyrinth we may pause and reflect and redirect our efforts in a high vibrational field allowing shifts and changes to occur easily and naturally.  We can pause and consider what has been working for us physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually, as well as what may not be working as well as we’d like. By intending and placing your shifts into the fire at the center of the labyrinth we can rededicate ourselves to our highest good, congratulate ourselves for what efforts are working and discern what needs tweaking. Heading into the shorter daylight time all the way to Solstice we can gather and store what keeps us vibrant and healthy for the longer darker nights.

Weather is changeable, the Labyrinth is outdoors, bring a grounding snack, water to drink, clothing of some type according to the weather, bug relief, umbrellas etc... AND all the stuff™ you want to get rid of in the fire. A journal for jotting or writing your insights may be wise to bring along.

Because weather is “changeable” we really need a way to contact you in case a change of plan or timing is necessary.

Or you could virtually walk with us and send me privately your intentions of what you wish to release into the fire, and I will burn them for you.

Reset, restore, rebalance, renew, be you, the Anahata Labyrinth was created to hold and resonate these attributes: Love, Balance, Wisdom, Peace, Harmony, Joy, Healing, and Compassion.  As you walk the labyrinth holding one or several or all of these attributes in your intentions, it may lead to a deeper and more expanded experiential encounter.

For the experienced Labyrinth walker who wishes to recreate a meditation circle of their own using stones/crystals.  It is suggested that your bring two sets of 4 crystals. Each set is to include a red, blue, black and yellow stone/crystal to hold the North (healing), South (harmony), East (joy) & West (peace) directions.

These stones will be charged with the energy of the Labyrinth (the stones you bring with you will be taken home with you and may be used to strengthen your personal meditation circle). Our suggested place to shop is Free Spirit Crystals on 124th  Hampton Butler, WI. All donations are appreciated and help to facilitate and support the local Ayurvedic Energy Healers, the Sherry Palmer Healing Touch Scholarship Fund of South Eastern Wisconsin and groups with their energy education. The Labyrinth is organic, completely natural and exposed to weather conditions in case of sun, snow, sleet, rain, insects etc...so dress according to the weather especially boots.
