Explore the profound connections between the cosmos and your yoga practice through the ancient wisdom of Vedic astrology. This foundational course reveals how the movements of the sky reflect and influence our daily lives, grounding your practice in the rich cosmological traditions that gave birth to yoga itself. Learn to use your individual horoscope as a therapeutic practice for self-awareness, healing, and spiritual growth.
Two consecutive Sundays in December @ 2 hours each session: Dec 7th and 14th, 1-3pm. Attendees are asked to BOTH sessions to receive all mini course information*.
About your instructor: Mary Frances has studied Jyotish (Vedic astrology) since 2017 and through a traditional lineage practice since 2020. A 200hr Yoga Teacher since 2011 and Usui/Holy Fire III Karuna Reiki Master Practitioner since 2019, she bridges ancient wisdom traditions with practical application.
