The Need for Mindfulness at Work

Several months ago I was approached by a consulting team at a major corporation. They had heard about the meditation and mindfulness work that I was doing within the community and hoped that there was something that I could do to guide their team during a time of increased stress and unceasing dynamic change. Unfortunately this is the reality for many teams and organizations across the country. 

 

Mindfulness practices allow us to become aware of destructive patterns that disrupt the workplace. It is a scientific way of reprogramming your mind to think in healthier, less stressful, less fear-based ways. After spending time with this team it was clear that they felt more confident and agile once they found practices that resonated for the collective as well as the individual. 

Since then I have worked with various teams and the results are nothing short of amazing and the news is spreading like wildfire!
